Daniel Mark DeGuzman

May 20, 1989 ~ November 20, 2019 (age 30)


Daniel Mark DeGuzman of Garrison passed away on November 20, 2019 at Danbury Hospital surrounded by his loved family and friends.  He was 30 years old.

Born on May 20, 1989 in Danbury to Deborah DeGuzman and the late Gary Pagano. 

Daniel grew up in Garrison and graduated from Garrison Union Free School and Haldane High School in 2007 he also attended Westchester Community College.  He enjoyed working on cars, playing the trumpet and piano and was also a Cub Scout and Boy Scout.  He was employed as a service technician for Alto Technology, Inc.

Daniel is survived by his devoted mother Deborah Champi and her husband Thomas of Garrison, loving brother Derek Champi of Garrison also brothers Anthony and Joseph Pagano of Danbury.

He is also survived by his step mother Joann Pagano and numerous loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  Friends may call on Monday November 25, 2019 from 5-8pm at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday November 26, 2019 at 11:00am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown CT.  On Tuesday morning please meet directly at the church.  Interment will follow in St. Rose Cemetery, Newtown CT.
