Eloise Baxter
October 30, 1926 — January 12, 2017
Eloise ( Skipper) Baxter of Garrison passed away peacefully on January 12, 2017 at Hudson Valley Hospital. She was 90.
Born on October 30, 1926 in Trillby Florida to the late Elnora Rosier and Troy C. Skipper Sr.
On July 16, 1949 she married Ernest W. Baxter together they raised 3 children.
Eloise is survived by her loving children Gary E. Baxter and his wife Christine of Fishkill, William E. Baxter of Garrison and Ann M. Bouchard of Cold Spring. 3 Cherished grandchildren Christine Yalonis and her husband Phillip, Lisa Stevens and her husband Brendan and Todd Bouchard, 2 loving great grandchildren Kara Yalonia and Abigal Stevens. Her dear sister Mary Lou Piedot of Knoxville, TN.
She was predeceased by her husband Ernest Baxter 2005 and 3 brothers .
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday January 14, 2017 at 11am at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring. Interment will follow in Cold Spring Cemetery.
