Lynn M. Hynes

Lynn M. Hynes of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on October 20, 2023 .  She was 63.

Born on April 2, 1960 in Yorktown to the late Gabriel and Helen Cross Scalzo. 

Lynn was a graduate of Haldane Schools class of 1979. She was a former 25-year member of the Catholic Daughters, a Girl Scout Troop leader for her children and an election worker for the past 30 years. 

She is survived by her devoted husband Tim Hynes , Loving Children Maureen Roush and her husband Arthur, and Elizabeth Hynes and her fiancé Eric Schwartz.  She is also survived by her father-in-law Thomas Hynes. 

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her mother-in-law Elizabeth Hynes.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday October 27, 2023 at Our Lady of Loretto Church, 24 Fair Street, Cold Spring at 11:00am, Interment will follow in Cold Spring Cemetery.
