Maria Basili

Maria Basili of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on January 29, 2020 at North Westchester Restorative Therapy in Mohegan Lake.  She was 99.

Born on December 22, 1920 in Santa Lucia, Sicily to the late Salvatore and Biagia Sciotto Trifiletti.

Maria is survived by her loving children, Louise Mahoney, Raymond Basili, Carolyn Berman and Laura Basili, Loving Grandchildren Andrea and Rachel Mahoney.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband Herbert in 2005, and her brother Dominic Trifiletti and a sister Giovanna Johnson

Friends may call on Friday January 31, 2020 from 3-8pm at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 1, 2020 at 10am at Our Lady of Loretto Church, Cold Spring.  Interment will be alongside her beloved husband in Rose Hill Cemetery, Putnam Valley.
